The game is focused on naval combat (Building your ship and fleet). How important is the ability to explore, adventure, and combat on foot to you?
It's perfect. I love that I am my ship and fleet. I do not want on-foot exploration, adventure and combat at all.
I like the focus on your ship, crew and fleet, but I'm not sure it's enough to make it the best pirate game ever.
I like it, but I really wish it had more on-foot gameplay such as the ability to explore islands, adventure, and character combat.
I'm disappointed that there isn't more character based gameplay (exploration on foot, adventures, character combat)
Naval combat is only HALF the 'best pirate game' experience. The character based half is missing, which makes it a deal breaker for me.
